Have you heard that our Emotional Support EA3s now have the opportunity to opt into and train for EA4 positions with a boost in pay and a chance to train with an end certification of becoming a REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN!
The PFT has long pushed for this type of opportunity, and want to thank PSE Director, Amy Filipowski, for making it happen! Present ES EA3s will have first dibs on the positions, but it will be open to others if all positions are not filled.
Trainings will be held this summer and there is a test. Continued training and observations will occur each year.
